Order using a Facebook ad. was received once I returned from a short trip. No sales slip, and/or installation instructions were in the package. The unit received powers on, but does not generate an internet signal as advertised through a Facebook ad. No customer service number with the package. All lables on the package in Chinese language only. Total package indication resembles fraudulent consumer goods scheme sale in the U.S. using US Post Office delivery (use of federal agency to sell a non-functional widget to the public in the U.S.) This needs to be investigated by the local district attorney general's office, the consumer goods advocate, IL. district, BBB - Chicago, and the FBI.
