Purchased a sofa and was sent a scarf instead. Company said to return scarf to get refund but provided an invalid return address.

I order an engraving machine and received a scarf too then they also provided a fake address

I ordered a sofa bed... and got a harmonica! Salumor = scam
I ordered a folding sofa, paid the full amount and got nothing though on tracking notes, it showed delivered!!!! Contacted the customer care, they said they would refund the total amount-shipping charges. But still got no money back yet. It's a complete scam.
I also ordered the sofa.. not answering emails.
I ordered an orange sofa bed. Plus it was Salumor IKEA. That's why I thought it was correct. That makes two. And I still haven't received anything. An unprecedented scam. It is sad. But don't forget that karma exists.
I'm still waiting for my Sofa to pay everything and the shipment and nothing has arrived for me. It's 2 months old 😢 that bad people are abusive thieves scammers
