Placed purchase order in late January for an amount of $70.48 (credit card charged) and I nothing received. Customer service states that the parcel has been duly delivered on March 2, 2024 according to their information but I did not receive anything. I have a ring camera and nothing was delivered on that day nor any other day from this company. I never had issues with delivery, stolen or lost at all but they insist that it was delivered and that they won’t refund me the money. Im not sure if this company is a scam but definitely not very helpful!
