I ordered a “Smart Watch” for my husband, at the Rival Smartwatch company, which he had found. The watch doesn’t work as advertised and we wanted to return it for a full refund. We purchased the watch on 2/8/24 for $89.00 plus shipping ($98.95 total). order#1680****. On 3/6/24, I sent them a text at “info @orders4 .me” with no response. I have not been able to find an email address, location address or phone number to be able to get in touch with them about the return and subsequent refund. Where do I go from here? I believe it may have been a scam after all.
