Safety Report: Ring my fiance nor myself ordered, North Carolina, USA

I received a small package this afternoon (07/27/24) and I did not ordered a ring nor did my fiance. We looked up the person where they were from which was Alabama and the current city which is Houston, TX. I received a text message and phone call from Alabama but they will not tell me their name and will not pick up the phone when called. My fiance tried calling and texted the person to see who it was and they answered, but will not give him the name. The name of the sender is Cody Polk. The address of the sender is 10175 Harwin Drive Set 100A, Houston, TX. When I looked up the address, it showed a business office building. We don't know this person and want them to stop sending the package. The ring will be returned. The ring came in a small red ring box, a small golden card with the business and pamphlet of how the ring is cut. In one of the pictures that someone else has provided of the ring, o received the same designed ring.
