According to city officials, the advisory is being issued out of an abundance of caution. The city expects to have results... My husband received the same exact ring in usps first class packaging. Only from a different address (Tevin James, 8955 Duarte RD., San Gabriel, CA 91775). We will send it back. Keeping an eye on any credit card charges we did not make!
