I ordered cargo shorts from this place it was supposed to be 8pair the 23 June said it was delivered I got a pair of sunglasses no shorts and I want my $36.89 back

I ordered two different sets of cargo shorts and got 2 pairs of those ugly sunglasses that were allegedly sent from NYC
I ordered the same thing got jewelry
I ordered a pair , says delivered but never got it.
I ordered the same in may and over a month later I got a delivered message and received nothing and was emailing back and forth to get my money and they said they would and instead got nothing still. They also stated “trust us.”
I got a scarf
I got the glasses also no shorts
