I ordered a small space heater from Collection ETC 10/9/23, when received, found not what I wanted. Sent back to address on pkg. Tech I (US) 192-01 North Blvd. Flushing NY 11356, there was a detailed letter inside to credit my credit card, to this day you are saying (per phone call) you know nothing, Collection ETC said they have not received a credit, my credit card said they received nothing, please figure out where pkg an info went, ball is in your court, somewhere is my space heater.
