Report against Amazon re scam on mystery box rort., Queensland, Australia

I ordered a super size box from Amazon. I couldn't pay by PayPal, had to pay by card. they didn't put my address correctly. I then had to email the shipping company and added it. Got a small parcel yesterday 20th July. Only received non branded ear pods and multi charging cords. I paid over $80 for these items. I tried to report this through Amazon with no success, they only showed books I could buy to successfully purchase these boxes. I would like to get a refund but not sure how to go about it.The sender was located at BOE Universal Business Park, Block B9 3rd floor, 10 East Rd, Regents Park NSW Australia. But maps can't find that address.
