I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing concern regarding the feeding of stray cats at Umm Al Seneem Park. Until recently, many park visitors have been regularly providing food to the cats, contributing to their well-being and survival.However, it has come to our notice that the current security personnel are not allowing individuals to feed the cats. This restriction has resulted in visible distress among the animals, and unfortunately, several cats—particularly newborn kittens—have already died due to lack of nourishment.
We kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter. It would be greatly appreciated if a solution can be arranged that allows responsible feeding of the cats in a manner that aligns with park policies and public health standards.
