Today I had the surprise of receiving a parcel from HONGKONG LINGXIA TRADING LIMITED with cash back payment through Fan Courier of the amount of 127 lei.I had not ordered anything but curiosity led me to pay this money and check where it comes from and what the parcel contains. It was a small card wallet made of a material that smells terrible, an eco-leather material. Where can I make a complaint so that no one goes through such an experience?
