I just got one and googled the return address to see if I could figure out what this is about.
PAPILLION, NE 68046 is the originating town and zip from the tracking number, even though the return address is Albany NY 12205
Received a similar package with a single piece of cardboard from Eric @ 101 Post Road, Albany. Very strange and unsettling.

I mailed mine back to the address on 101 Post Road (December 1, 2022) and it came back - NSN. But it wasn’t returned until today on June 10, 2023
