Receiving a strange package with a tiny notebook, 2340 South Eastern Avenue, Commerce, CA, USA

On Valentine's Day (today) I received a tiny empty notebook with a girl in a pink dress and holding a book and tiny daffodil. She's standing in a desert with two deciduous trees that look sliced in half. The small title in classic Disney font says "silent night"
The next line says "Every day may not be good,but there's something good in every day."
It's confusing, goofy and slightly creepy, but I just want to know who is sending this and why.
