I received a product from this company that I do not recognize and do not recall ordering. Very small package with small plastic pieces in it and accompanied by tiny screws. I don't know what these are and there is no description no information about this product whatsoever. I would like to find out exactly what this product is, what it is used for, with any details of me actually ordering it. Thank you.
