I ordered 2 specific bracelets from www.lovelygemstoneshub.com/ on 12/24/23 not only did they take almost 2 weeks to come but they were 2 completely different bracelets…I have attempted to contact them through email but they have not responded yet…I found the senders address on the package but apparently they are a third party called Jane…can someone please let me know how I can contact someone to resolve this thank you
