Same as others have reported... unopend pack of i12 wireless earbuds. I was trying to understand the "catch" and there is also included a "customer service" links enclosed requesting that if any questions, please contact them direct.... THIS IS THE CATCH!!!!I will not do anything else other than to give the wireless ear buds to one of my "apple using" friends.
