Received a package with wadded up waxy paper inside. It was sent to our address, to my husband’s middle name listed twice. Return address label is from Best Deal LLC, RFresh Meadows, NY 11365. There is even a USPS confirmation number on it. We did not order anything from this company. Do we need to report this further?
