I ordered luggage from this company before Christmas. Today 1/5/23 I received a fountain pen with feathers. This company is ripping people off. from 188 Mountain View Parkway in Tracy CA.
I have tried to get a refund or my merchandise I ordered before Christmas. Several emails back and forth. I too got a fake package in place of what I ordered. I called the police in Tracy CA and they said
They can’t do anything!!!!
My purchases was made with a cash app card so there is no recourse to get my money back. Even tho they advertise that it’s like a Visa card. Thank you. We need this place and others like it stopped. If they can advertise on Facebook why can’t Facebook take action against them? Facebook promotes them. This is the second company over the Christmas holidays that I was scammed by. No more.
