I ordered a pair of shoes from a Facebook ad. They looked like they would be very comfortable. I ordered 10 1/2 US size, however, I received about a 9 1/2. No size info in shoes, and no paperwork at all in package. Below is a photo of the name and address who shipped the package. This is all the information I have.
