I received a horse print scarf that I did not order, from Dominique Horton at 1200 S Vail Ave, Montebello, CA. Tried to track on usps.com and it can't be tracked because it was mailed with counterfit postage. From other reports I'm reading here, this is in place of my actual order which was apparently a scam, my own fault as I KNEW it was too good to be true. What is my recourse? I will try to get the bank card to not pay for it. Ugh!!!Im in Michigan, USA
