Hello, my family also received one today. While researching, I noticed that the website on the certificate is incorrect. The original page is “gra-moissanite .com” and the one in our letter is “gra-moissanites .com” with an extra S. I would advise NOT to enter the code you receive on the wrong page, as I don't know what data they are looking for. I'm currently doing deep research myself to understand what's happening.
Trust me not a diamond adjust like the gum ball rings they have no info on me if they do they hacked it I never purchased and I did email them that I git a ring I did not order go to google that’s what I did and was surprised the amt of people that got this ring and did not order
