i did too...twice! same ring...delivered a week apart. NEVER ORDERED and if I did, I definitely would not have ordered two of the same rings...not sure what to do
I did to and has no receipt in package I never ordered it was thinking of sending back to the same address, I would never order a ring don’t even wear them
I got a very ugly necklace. I didn’t order it and don’t know what to do about it.
I also received a ring today that I never ordered.
You can keep it or toss it or send it back but you do not have to pay to send it back.
Same thing for us, ordered a pool vacuum and received a very strange necklace. Got a refund from our credit card company.
