Received Ring in Kay Jewelers Box that I did not order, Myrtle Beach, SC, USA

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States

Return address was WILLIAMS 4220 S Lee St Buford Hall #4 Buford, GA 30518. I had ordered outdoor chairs from Sundt Paradise/Classy Courturier that I never received any information/confirmation e-mail on. I disputed the charge with my Wells Fargo Bank, and got a credit from Wells Fargo - I think the company was located in Singapore. I doubt the ring is real, and I'd better NOT get charged anything from them for this ring!!!
