This what i got in mail was pair of tan combat boots. i did not order these it was addressed to me from ELVIRA i have no idea what that is. i was expecting a package coming printerval i had ordered a coat. i checked tracking on all day it said on way. the next day it said package was delivered the day before. but all i had gotten was this pair of boots that i hadnt ordered from someone i didnt know not printerval . i checked back tracking on my coat and it come through elk groove village, illinois. so im thinking that thier distribution center had put the wrong shipping label on it. thats the only i can think of .thier isnt a tracking number so i cant do a report to UPS. thier tracking is through thier website. im trying to contact printeval but i dont know what to put to thier support because package said it came from ELVIRA not them h. huh clueless
