I also bought a pair of shoes… they were very cheaply made and very very narrow so I cannot wear them… they came in a bag no receipts or invoice… I tried to contact the company. No one answered email, text and couldn’t find a contact phone... See More number to call. I contacted my bank and was credited with the amount I paid… in the interim they contacted the company. The company did reimburse my purchase price but gave me no information to return the shoes… so I was reimbursed but I don’t feel right keeping the shoes and would rather send them back so someone could make use of them…
If anyone knows where to return them please post the address… on the bag it only says return warehouse… in Inglewood CA

Ordered 1 bottle of collagen capsules, 1 jar of anti-wrinkle cream and 1 bottle of eye cream. That was supposed to be my entire order. I didn’t sign up for a monthly plan. Was checking my credit card today and there was charges on it from “Thread... See More control needle”, Trufit auto parts”, and “Good mens clothing store” I called each company and the person who answered the phone said the charges were for Ellueur capsules, eye cream and anti-wrinkle cream. They said I signed to receive these every month.
I canceled all of these. I’m going to keep checking my credit card to see if they really canceled these. Beware, this is a SCAM from Ellueur Skin Co. See Less

Just received 2 bottles of Slim Detox, which I never ordered. Tried calling the 833 number on bottle but office closed at 6pm. I've seen many complaints about the same issue.
