I have received a Dolin Youpin pen set, that I did not order. Is this a scam?

There was no indication of where the package came from. It was obvious that it came from abroad, as there was a Heathrow Airport sticker on it. The label had my full, name, address and mobile number, on it. The Heathrow label had more information, stating "Value 5 USD" and "Postage 0.00"
