Received Christmas Ornaments that are not as advertised, WV, USA

I ordered eleven "handmade" animal Christmas ornaments based on an Instagram advertisement. I received an ornament that was a picture of a rabbit, squirrel, and owl. Each were laminated between polyurethane plastic or sometype of resin. It took 4 weeks to receive the 11 animal character ornaments. Many "in transit" emails from equationk that provided misleading information. Made all over the world! In transit. From Ireland. In transit, in transit. Ireland? Advertisement was a wooden or plastic animal ornament. Not a picture between plastic! PS with a red ribbon. I'll contact PayPal. Refund please. The Instagram advertisement did not reference Grmando Oteroy. Picture of ornament . Note sheen from plastic or polyurethane. Images are not clear. And side image. Just a picture pressed between plastic. Disappointing.
