I do order online , via phone, so it would be hard to pinpoint who could’ve filched my credit card info. I did find a nefarious charge, which read from, ‘ RH *linsets.com Internet’ on my visa & have contacted my CC co about it. Seems i’m not the only one this happened to either, they said it’s from a scam site. They cancelled my card, credited the amt back to my acct & will resubmit a card to me via my bank. I just looked up senders name on the Internet and came up with your site. Please get these scammers!!! We are honest people, we work hard for our money and don’t need to be scammed out of it! I notice it’s from Shopify on return postage. That’s a company based in Canada … that’s how they’re washing their money or keeping from being tied to the US criminal system, seems to me. For all I know this web site is fraudulent…ugh!

Reporting a ring I received in the mail today. It is a small ring with "official" looking documentation, but upon further inquiry, many, many others have reported receiving the exact same moissanite ring. I don't know what to do with the ring and hope my bank account

SKAM!!!!!!!!! I ordered a cross made out of horseshoes. Pieces were plastic and very small. Not cut right so nothing fit together. Worthless piece of junk! Had to try to put it together with many pieces and it is crooked and warped looking.
