Received an unordered "gift" from Carson, 180 Exchange Blvd, Glendale Heights, IL 60139, USA

Today I received in the mail a USPS first-class package from Carson, 180 Echannge Blvd., Glendale Heights IL. In the pakcage qwere two pairs of socks and a note explaining that I am a "lucky customer" selected to receive this "carefully selected gift" because I have been a "lucky cutomer in our stores." At the end of the note, it says "please feel free to contact us, we will serve you wholeheartedly!" But there is NO name or contact info other than the return address on the envelope. The syntax of the note shows it was clearly by someone for whom English is not their first language.
