I received this package folded like a letter in a white envelope from a Carrie BONKIGWICZ 2864 Parsons Blvd., Queens, NY 11357. It was addressed to me, and then proceeded with my address. What I received was a smiley face keychain. I'm not sure why I received it. I am waiting for two orders on some furniture and I pray that this isn't a scam for one of those my tracking number is on here and there's another tag up under this tag but I cannot see where it's from or who it to again I'm reporting this because I haven't never received anything like this in the mail, but it is a smiley face keychain if anyone can give me any insight, that would be great

I received the same thing today. I ordered something from Clearance Warehouse and have yet to receive it. I think this is their way of saying it was delivered.
