Received a scam ring from Cody Polk, Virginia, USA

I ordered about $60 of Life is Good items in response to a facebook ad. I received this ring and had no idea why, I googled it and found others with the exact situation. I guess I need to dispute this. Why do people do this? I contacted my credit card company to deny/dispute the charge. They are placing a stop payment to the merchant. The merchant phone# 912-947-0372, I tried calling and after many rings, I got a recorded message that the number is not in service. The merchant name as listed on my card statement is: MEGALOETBEAUTYCLOTH. I placed the order on July 3, 2024 for several tshirts, advertised as Life is Good clearance items.
