Says it came from Online Seller. Otherwise no name. I did not order this ring or any other ring. What should I do?

Facebook needs to clean up the bs Chinese a**holes scammers. I ordered western boots over a month ago and received a freaking engagement ring in my PO Box with a $699 price tag on it. What stupid Americans we are. Dont buy anything from facebook.
