Order a tool from another company never received it but got this small package with a fake ring inside from kay jewelers

Same thing happened to us. Tools not delivered but got a ring from Kays.
On 6/27/2023, I ordered several items from verabags.com thinking it was a legit Vera Bradley website. The tracking Number I was given for EMS ( supposedly a global shipping company) tracked the package through China, Hong Kong and finally to the states (PA) on 7/20/2023. Instead of receiving my order of Vera Bradley bags, I received a junk ring in a Kay Jewelers box. The sender information is: Williams 4220 S Lee St Buford Hall H No. 4 Buford, GA 30518 I immediately checked my cc statements and found a charge on 6/27 to “KAKCK” along with a foreign transaction fee. I contacted Kay Jewelers and they have no record of me, sending me anything, etc. ALL A SCAM! Will be taking all the documentation to my bank for a fraud report and charge reversal.
it is a Chinese scam.
