Happened to me too. I’m in FL.
Yes it is fraud you must have ordered something else and they sent this instead then they use the delivery receipt to write fake reviews and say you recieved the actual item you ordered which you didn't, and they use that as verified purchase to lie and scam reviews to scam more people! Same thing happened to me I purchased "$70 in on sale raised garden beds" and they sent me a damn pair of winter gloves and then used my info as verified purchase on their site because the gloves were delivered not what I ordered so they put fake reviews up since the delivery of fake item was still a delivery report as verified purchase and they write fake reviews and scam more people then they pocket the difference of what money you spent and difference on what's left after buying the stupid winter gloves which prob was roughly 69$ in my case! And they keep doing it over and over!!!
