received a product that i did not order, Montoursville, PA, USA

I was notified by paypal about this order. checked my account and was charged $103..97 I did not order this. Addressed with paypal and they denied claim as they said it was ordered and received. they when the package did show up is was opened. I have tried for about a month emailing and phone calls to no avail do not know where to return this product and get my money back!
