I received a package that is a cz diamond ring!! I’m concerned about how my address was correct!!

I just replied to another post about this. I received the same thing yesterday. I didn't order it and I don't see any charges on my cards but I'm really nervous that someone has my personal information.
Im not sure if this is the same scam , but i found out that shady sellers on facebook or amazon will send things to peoples address as if you ordered them but will use a number and email address that they made up so then they can leave a 5 start review on there site. Making it look like a ligit place to shope since a lot of us go by reviews . Its a big issuee and Amazon knows about it
