Dear Sirs/ma’am’s, I received an envelope w/ USPS tracking #: 9400 1112 0624 0899 260****. The envelope contains 2ea plastic envelopes, both w/ an attached tab # E729*******. The contents appear to be a small ‘key.’
I don’t know what this package & contents is in response to.
Please advise/inform me on the purpose of this package & contents.
