I received a diamond ring in a red box I did not order nor is it my size. I don't know how you got my information. I have looked at all my bank accounts and credit cards and I don't show anything for your company, nor do I have an order number. I don't even know how much this ring costs to look at my statements. I only have 2 emails with tracking updates. Please help me with this issue.
