Received a package from Online Seller 2700 Center Dr, DuPont, WA 98327, USA with a scarf in it, that I never ordered.I'm wondering if this has anything to do with some shirts I ordered, but have not received yet?

Mine was called TWILL.com. Chinese scam company that advertised on Facebook.
SCAM. Check your bank statement for suspicious charge, call your Visa card/bank and report it as fraud. They will investigate and reverse the charges. It's either "brushing" (look it up), or maybe you ordered one of those phony "Amazon Pallets," or another fraudulent business' product.
