The same as every report listed. A tiny fake diamond ring mailed to me from Jane at the above address. This may be related to another package of multi colored slipper/ socks I received from Dr Leonard's Health Products. . I called the company, and was told that a Discovery Card, last four digits 4135 had paid for it. I tried to get the name of the payer. My request was refused.
