Receipt of a ring I did not order for $128., S-Diamond, 293, King's Road, Hong Kong

Received a $128 diamond (fake?) Ring which was not ordered and can't locate any way to contact the company. The supposed phone is a 16 digit number.

Do not contact them! It is a worthless ring, they want you to feel guilty and contact them and give out more info.
