I ordered a laser engraver from Facebook add and never got a response from the emails I sent to Coatelite.com support. I sent two emails with no response. Today I got a random pair of black earmuffs! Total scam, glad I disputed it after no communication for 2 weeks and got my money back. Yay to the free earmuffs!
