Ordered 4 chairs and didn’t receive. Two months later I contacted them and they said it was delivered. Time and date they said it was delivered I was home and Ring didn’t capture anything.Customer service offered 50% back. I refused. Next day the offered 60%. Again I refused. Then they offered 75% back.
Again I refused and said if I didn’t get full credit or the chairs I was calling my credit card company. Then they said they’ll credit full amount but it will take 2 weeks. They now had my money almost 3 months. I called credit card and disputed the charges said I never received it.
Do not fall for this scam!
