SCAM. Check your credit card bill/bank. Contact them, report it as fraudulent. They will investigate, cancel charges. This is either "brushing" (google it) or another scam to get you to respond, then they will offer you a "50% refund" or somesuch. Or posing as a phony company. CAREFUL who you order from! Many fake accounts now, w/fake reviews. Report them, then just ignore them; they cannot charge you anything. Note: the addresses are all fake (Amazon Seattle address, etc.)

The same happened to me. I ordered the chairs and today I received a yellow piece of fabric from the same address you listed above. However, I had already had a suspicion it was a scam and I contacted my credit card and they refunded my money about a week ago.
Ordered chairs that seemed like it was QVC and apparently it wasn’t. Did not receive the chairs. Now I just randomly got a red scarf in the mail. See Less

Ordered in late November. Email response indicates order received, logistics updated indicating it was shipped. I never received it. Requested reship. They said they would/did and again not received in January, March, etc. All emails received are from different people, obviously foreign due to lack of knowledge... See More of English grammar. I requested a refund at end of April. Was advised it would only be 60% due to their "expense for reshipping". Was told to wait for up to 10 days. Still no refund received.
