Hello, I have placed an order since April not received because it was not delivered to my house and I decided not to pick it up because the merchant took more than he should have and refused to give me an explanation. Today I keep making claims for reimbursement without success! initially they refused me the refund on the grounds that it was delivered to my address and that it was not their fault... And I contradicted them by proving the capture of the follow-up and return to Taiyuan City. Then they started telling me that they would take a portion of the amount and asked me if I had agreed for more than 2 months. For me it's a technique to burn out and not pay myself.
