My father-in-law is 84 years old. Vital Surge company shipped him one of their products called Vital Surge Pesto, which is a male enhancement supplement. I assure you, at 84 he does not even think about such things. I found out about this by reviewing his credit card charges and called the Vital Surge company, they are out of the Philippines and they would not refund his money ($199.85) stating that he ordered it, received it and that it was beyond the 30 day return policy. He claims he didn't order it or receive it. Somehow they got ahold of his credit card number and pulled off a scam. Beware of this company called Vital Surge, they are NOT reputable. Run away!
