Product did not order, Acute

I receive make enhancement pills that I ordered one time only and refused to have them on a reorder notice but apparently my word didn’t count, they sent me the pills and hit my credit card up for almost $400.00 . Theirs is no packing slip or any type info with these pills as to who I need to get in touch with, Help!!
