I also got caught in the same scam. Still do not have my money back. This San Leandro company is quite busy with scam for several products but the scam is pretty much run the same way. I have seen several others report this company too. With so many of us isn't there something a larger group could do. so far all I have seen is numerous people reporting the same company but nothing we can do. I thought there was some kind of Federal Bolard that dealt with scams/fraud that were over many states. My report has been filed. Good luck returning the product and getting your money back. N.M.
