I am reporting a power outage in Toluca Lake, California. It began at about a quarter of one this afternoon and it is still ongoing. Half of the traffic signals seem to be out of how far they extend. This extends, I can't tell you. I live at Colinda Boulevard. Ironically, right across the street from the water and power department. I would be very appreciative if you'd let me know what's happening. once the daylight goes or what it's going to be very dark here.
