My power is the only one off in the neighborhood I have small kids in the home we have lost almost all our food and have no way to bathe or cook please can someone find out why all of our surrounding neighbors have power except for us we have called and made multiple reports we were told someone would come look at it but nobody has may possibly be a downed line in our yard
